By awarding the Knight of the National Order of Merit to Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, Director General of EIFORCES this 07 March 2024, France has magnified the commitment of a key contributor to the good health of cooperation with Cameroon through the International School for Security Forces.
The ceremony, which took place at the Résidence de France, was attended by Army General François LECOINTRE, Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour, as well as half a dozen members of the Cameroonian government, family, friends and colleagues of the honoured recipient.
In his remarks, His Excellency Thierry MARCHAND, the French Ambassador to Cameroon, highlighted Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE’s dazzling vision and far-sightedness, which, he said, were proof of his special skills and abilities, qualities that he is using to further enhance EIFORCES, of which he has been in charge since 2018./-
