“Interministerial crisis management” was the framework of the internal study mission carried out by the sixth EIFORCES Advanced Security Studies Certificate (BESS 6), from 2 to 8 December 2019 in the Southern Region of Cameroon.
Led by Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, the 27 auditors, alongside senior police and gendarme officers from Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Niger, visited Ebolowa, Memve’ele, Ambam, Kye-Ossi, Meyomessala Kribi and Niete.
During the various stages of the visit, the delegation, which was also composed of members of the School management including Colonel Thomas Engolo Ella, Director of Studies, Colonel Pierre Aimé Bikele, Head of Higher Education Division and the Divisional Commissioner Bessala Désiré, Head of Evaluation Office, as well as the support staff, could experience the essence of what contributes to peace and security, as well as the economic and tourist development of this region at the local, national, sub-regional and even international levels.
