The first batch just rounded off a fifteen-day course for the training of trainers at the International School for Security Forces.
Ten Provost Missions trainers from the National Police and Gendarmerie received their training certificates on 25 November 2022. The official ceremony was presided over by the Director General of EIFORCES, Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, who was representing the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defense, Chair of the EIFORCES Board of Directors.
In his keynote address, the Director General of EIFORCES highlighted the importance of this new curriculum which addresses a judicialisation need for both external and internal operational theatres, so as to ensure the efficiency and credibility of the forces involved.
As co-organisers of this training course, France was duly represented at this occasion by Colonel Christian BROUDIN, Internal Security Attaché, who represented the French Ambassador to Cameroon./-
